This workshop would include the complete “Leadership- Developing Your People” from the SciPhD Certificate Program and would integrate the critical components of negotiations including the introduction of “integrative” vs “distributive” negotiations and how that fosters a shared sense of purpose. Specific techniques for negotiations that utilize emotional intelligence and social intelligence will also be covered. Experiential sessions will be employed to reinforce the concepts.
