NOTE: SCIPHD IS A SERVICE OF HUMAN WORKFLOWS LLC. We use SciPhD and HumanWorkflows interchangeably. Human Workflows LLC is the legal entity which governs SciPhD.
What sciphd information could be released?
Any information available on your resume, CV or other information unless marked “restricted or confidential” could be in our database. In addition, your SciPhD business competency scores and experience statements could be made available to our SciPhD Partners.
We never maintain any financial information or credit card data. All payments are made through PayPal, bank credit card, cash or by check. We do not maintain these records except to show a payment was made.
THIRD PARTY RELEASE OF CLIENT INFORMATION
We do not release, confirm, deny or acknowledge any inquiry as to the identity of our clients to third party inquiries.
ACCESS BY SCIPHD PARTNERS (Member organization of the SciPhD network)
We do share your information with SciPhD Partners at two release levels: Private and Network.
Private -refers to specific organizations that have announced a job position for which you are applying. These organizations may or may not be SciPhD network subscribers. By selecting this option you indicate that you have no interest in seeking wider distribution of your SciPhD information.
Network –refers to organization that subscribe to the SciPhD network. These may be hiring organizations, select recruiters, select headhunters, select talent agencies or other entities that have an interest in placing highly talented scientist. We encourage our member network subscribers to search our exclusive database for talent that could compete for unlisted positions, confidential or restricted positions not releasable to the public, exclusive position requirements or other business valid conditions. We also include our PERSONAL network that we have honed over the last “many years”.
THE DEFAULT RELEASE CHOICE IS THE NETWORK VERSION UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE.
We strive to help our SciPhD users and our organizational clients succeed in their difficult job seeking and job filling challenges. We will not always win or impact a potential employer to your expectations. The complexity of job offers and resulting negotiations will introduce social variables that are beyond our control. We make NO IMPLIED WARRANTY or GUARANTEE that our techniques will always be effective or have only positive impacts.
We reserve the right to refuse consultation to any party at our sole discretion and without reason.
VALIDITY OF RESUME, CONVERSATION, OR SCIPHD COMPETENCY DATA:
We are not responsible for any representations made by the candidate as to skills or level of competency they claim. Job candidate are solely responsible for representations made to company for employment. We do not make any representations on behalf of individual candidates to companies. That is all done through documents that are prepared and endorsed by the applicant. We are providing guidance for the applicant to author their own materials.
SCIPHD CREDITS: Credits in the amounts specified on our website will be awarded to applicants for specifically identified products and services at the discretion of SciPhD staff. Completion of the Online Self-Assessment means that the applicant has completed all questions in the assessment, and entered relevant experience statements for each of the 24 competencies. Determination of adequate relevance is at the discretion of the SciPhD staff. Determination that applicants have attended all seven of the SciPhD free webinars will be determined by registration and attendance records that are provided by the webinar hosting service. Decisions of the SciPhD staff are final.
We do not provide refunds for services rendered or for our SciPhD techniques and services. We are glad to provide phone and email access to answer questions before products or services are purchased. We have designed our website to fully inform potential clients before they purchase. Our copyrighted techniques and information can not be recovered once provided to a client and all sales are final.
We follow the credit card laws for charge backs and/or contested services. Where possible, we will use our communication skills to resolve issues. If parties fail to agree to a mutual resolution, a third party arbitrator will be utilized.
Human Workflows LLC maintains a copyright on all its website information. Various aspects of our products and services are available to be licensed to meet client needs. Please make your inquiry from the Contact page. No licensing is implied with the use of our services or products. The resale or derivate services or products based on our original copyrighted works will be vigorously enforced.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET

For that reason, and in compliance with applicable laws, we do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from, nor do we offer any content targeted to children. We ask that children under the age of fifteen do not use our web site, as it is not targeted to children.
